Brief :

Translating feedback and data into meaningful insights and opportunities.
They are looking for an experienced researcher with a strong foundation in qualitative research methodologies and complementary quantitative skills.
Contributing to insightful data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform strategic decision-making.
Data-driven with a deep understanding of research techniques facilitation experience and exceptional communication and organization skills.
Experience with Dovetail is also preferred.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with clients and the product team to understand business objectives, challenges, requirements, and hypotheses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and questions.
Develop and conduct in-depth interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather qualitative data, exploring consumer behaviours, attitudes, and perceptions.
Combine quantitative research methods to complement qualitative findings.
Analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports detailing research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance research capabilities and methodologies.

Experience :

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in qualitative research methodologies, including conducting interviews and focus groups.
Solid understanding of quantitative research principles and experience using statistical tools.
Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis software.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
