Job Description

FREELANCE Performan Marketing ManagerJoin our clients Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team based in London, overseeing their brands. As the Performance Marketing Manager, youll drive digital media campaigns, managing Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, and VOD/Display media for themglobally.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across PPC, display advertising, and social media to boost brand exposure and sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand team and agency partners to translate briefs into compelling campaigns.
  • Cultivate affiliate partnerships, optimizing commission structures to enhance affiliate performance in the luxury market.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, ECommerce, and Marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Provide transparent performance reports to senior management, challenging agencies for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with platform giants to create digital-first creative assets tailored for specific channels and placements.
  • Support international expansion by adapting campaigns to diverse markets and audiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to maintain the brands competitive edge in the fragrance industry.
Requirements for the Role:
  • Proven track record in a similar Media role, preferably within Beauty, Fashion, Luxury, or DTC innovation-led businesses.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence Platforms like Looker.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Curious mindset with a knack for challenging the status quo and driving innovation.
  • Strong creative and commercial marketing acumen with a focus on consumer communication.
  • Analytical prowess to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
  • A team player mentality, committed to collaborative success for the brand.
