Job Description

Fraud Risk ManagerLondonUp to £60,000 + benefits A popular consumer brand is seeking a Fraud Manager to lead a team of technical Fraud Analysts (x4) and Operational Specialists (x2) for Fraud mitigation and detection across their online channels globally.This is a customer facing business within the e-commerce/retail space and we are looking for a candidate who understands the importance of balancing robust Fraud processes with customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes. So youll need excellent Fraud systems, strategies and operations knowledge but also a strong sense of customer needs as well as excellent team leadership skills.THE ROLE

  • Identifying and managing Fraud risk whilst balancing customer outcomes and maximising accept rates at online checkouts
  • Optimisation of fraud rules, tools and techniques to minimise online fraud and identify commercial opportunities
  • Management of fraud and charge-backs, including PSD2-related fraud
  • Work closely with 3rd party fraud and payment partners to ensure maximum value
  • Manage and develop the team, improving productivity and driving a high quality of performance, ensuring KPIs a re met
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across the business, effectively communicating strategies
  • YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Extensive experience managing online Fraud for a customer-facing business is a pre-requisite for this role
  • Extensive experience working with Fraud systems, tools and strategies
  • Extensive management experience. Youll need to be a strong people manager who can motivate, develop and manage a team including performance issues, SLAs etc
  • Strong communication skills with experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
