As part of thisHedge Funds London based team, the successful FPGA Engineer will interact with quantitative researchers, traders and software engineers. They will also be responsible for; Developing high performance FPGA systems in RTL designs Developing and implementing proprietary low latency, high throughput FPGA based trading systems to accelerate trade signal generation and order execution Accelerating network infrastructure In order to be considered for this position, you will need the following experience; 2 years experience of the complete FPGA design lifecycle including hardware architecture, RTL coding, simulation, system integration, hardware validation, verification module design and testing Experience of System Verilog, Verilog or VHDL Strong knowledge of either Altera or Xilinx Experience of network protocols, and packet based data processing Previous financial services experience is not required for this role If you are looking for a position that offers the opportunity to work on challenging and complex problems, build cutting edge systems, offers competitive compensation, and the chance to work alongside a high calibre team , then please apply for a confidential conversation.
