Job Description

FP&A Manager, Financial Institution Start-Up, London, £70 - 80k + 20% bonus + 20% pensionI am working exclusively with a recently founded, scale up, Financial Institution formed by the UKs top retail banks alongside the FCA. This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified FP&A Manager to make a real impact and be at the forefront of theUKs financial access.Reporting directly to the Senior FP&A Manager and working closely with the Head of Finance & Analysis, you would be responsible for developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support the companys strategic goals and preparing insights to understandthe performance of the business and inform decision-making.They offer great flexibility being a predominantly work from home business looking for someone to visit their central London location 1 day per week (occasionally 2)!Brilliant opportunity for a confident, commercially astute FP&A Manager looking to add value to a prestigious institute.Responsibilities:

  • This is a hands-on FP&A Manager role will lead on the development of regular forecasting, including the annual budget
  • Creating and maintaining financial models supporting the plans of the business
  • Business Partnering both internally and externally for information gathering and analysis of input assumptions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to collate and understand planning assumptions
  • Data visualisation to communicate outputs to stakeholders, including those with a non-financial background
To be successful in this role - you will need:
  • CIMA / ACA / ACCA with 3+ years Post Qualified Experience
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity to interpret data, including ability to forecast based on historical trends.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills
Package
