* Start Up Bank* Establishing FP&A functionI am currently working with start-up bank based in London looking for a FP&A Manager within their Finance team. This role will be a senior member of the finance team and one of the founding Finance members.You will need to have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including finance and non-finance staff. You will provide forward-looking and historical financial analysis to management to influence the financialperformance and ultimately the strategic direction of the business.Key experience required for this role:* ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualified* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills* Experience monitoring and forecasting financial services businesses* The ability to influence both junior and c-suite level staff* Experience within a FP&A function* An understanding of how a bank operates and the products it sells* Management experience* The ability to manage a high workload and prioritise effectively* Experience managing the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, three-year strategy, and ICAAP processKey Responsibilities:* Production of high-level MI for senior stakeholders* Strategic business planning and analysis* Ownership of several high-level budgets* Business Forecasting & Planning* Cost Analysis* Decision support* Responsible for Finance Change projects* Profitability Analysis of Performance AnalyticsThe FP&A Manager is paying £70,000 - £85,000 + bens + bonus and is offering immediate starts.For immediate consideration or to find out more information about this role, please contact Harry Coleman at Trace Recruitment.
