Focused on a real entrepreneurial, creative culture which is downto earth (not taking yourself too seriously) they are looking for people with a sense of humour and ambition to have a significant impact on the business.The RoleThe FP&A Lead will report directly to the Finance Director and will ultimately be responsible for setting up and owning the production of financial planning and analysis and building out the FP&A function to ensure the business has the data and insightsit requires to deliver on their aggressive growth plans, supporting them on investment and strategic decision making.With the business scaling to $100m ARR, the FP&A Lead will also support on the implementation of a new ERP system (Netsuite), as well as maintain the companys budget and forecasts.

• Responsible for setting up and building the FP&A function
• Ultimately own the production of the financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Lead on the delivery of the companys budget and forecast
• Work alongside the leadership team to build annual forecasts as well as support on long term strategic planning
• Lead on providing insights and reporting for board presentations
• Own and improve the implementation and running of the finance tech stack
• Assisting the CEO and FD with fundraising support and investment decisions
• Business Partner with Tech teams, Sales teams and Marketing teams to develop key KPIs and metrics
• Oversee the implementation of a new ERP system (Netsuite)

What we need to see (Essential):

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Start-up / Scale-up background
• Extremely smart with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in across Finance
• Incredibly ambitious with a desire to continue learning
• Excited by start-ups

What we would like to see (Bonus):

• Proven experience of leading an FP&A function
• Experience implementing an ERP system
• M&A / fundraise support
• B2B SaaS / Adtech experience

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + share options + benefits
