Focused on a real entrepreneurial, creative culture which is downto earth (not taking yourself too seriously) they are looking for people with a sense of humour and ambition to have a significant impact on the business.The RoleThe FP&A Lead will report directly to the Finance Director and will ultimately be responsible for setting up and owning the production of financial planning and analysis and building out the FP&A function to ensure the business has the data and insightsit requires to deliver on their aggressive growth plans, supporting them on investment and strategic decision making.With the business scaling to $100m ARR, the FP&A Lead will also support on the implementation of a new ERP system (Netsuite), as well as maintain the companys budget and forecasts.
