Job Description

An exciting position has arisen for a FP&A Data and Process Analyst to work for an Globally renowned children’s Charity.The postholder will join the Financial Planning and Analysis team to provide quality strategic insight and effective finance partnering to key stakeholders, to drive quality financial and business outcomes.Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Drive excellence in data and key FP&A processes
  • Identify pain points and work with stakeholders across Finance and beyond to deliver improvements, streamline and where possible automate reporting and analysis
  • Deliver meaningful financial analysis as required to support strategic and management decision
  • Manage the reporting consolidation file, ensure the reporting infrastructure is kept up to date with budgetary changes
  • Facilitate the team readiness to adopt a FP&A system solution over the next strategic period
  • Support the Head of Centre Finance Business Partnering in providing budget management support to our Resource Mobilisation, Communication and Engagement team
Ideal candidate profile:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Part-Qualified
  • Excellent IT literacy including expertise in spread sheet modelling
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience of the Agresso financial system
  • Experience working for a Charity or NFP organisation
