Job Description

Robert Half is currently working with an international education business to recruit for multiple FP&A Analysts, for 6-month interim positions in Central London. The roles are required due to growth projects for multiple regions and will be working closelywith the Finance Director.As the FP&A Analyst, you would be supporting with:

  • Prepare accurate & Insightful management reporting
  • Prepare Accurate and complete budgets in a timely manner
  • Perform Analysis to support the business to understand variance vs budget and support decision that improve business performance
  • Business partner with operations to provide meaningful insights into the business performance through meaningful relationship
  • Ensure that continuous improvements are made
  • Finance support / Bridge between school and HO
  • Review of management accounts and liaise with Transactional team to ensure P&L is showing correct position and all costs booked.
  • Review cost accruals booked and analysis if any opportunities or risks - release of accrual to meet expectations, and teaching teams.
  • Review of cashflow and liaise with Transactional team to investigate non-cash items
  • Review juniors commentary for packs to ensure accuracy
Your ProfileThe ideal FP&A Analyst will have:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Previous experience within a growing FP&A function is ideal
  • Prior experience in an interim / contract role would be beneficial but not necessary.

These roles will play a key role in further the commercial outlook of the business.Salary & BenefitsAs well as the salary of between £350-425/day inside IR35 (depending on level of experience), the role offers the chance to work on a hybrid basis (4 days per week in the office) from the office in Mayfair.
