Fostering Support WorkerOur Client is a Independent Fostering Agency looking for a Support Worker to join their team in London.The purpose of this role is to closely with the Supervising Social Workers and Managers to enhance stability of foster placements and to build positive relationships with the children/young people and fostering household.As Family Support Worker you will support a child/young persons progress in the foster placement by working with them in the community, in leisure activities, to provide one to one support to children/young people, and provide necessary respite for carers.
