Job Description

Have you ever considered the possibility of becoming a Foster Carer, offering vital support to children in need of a safe and stable home, whether for a brief period or a more extended stayNo prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.Foster Carers come from diverse backgrounds: some have existing families, others are single, some work full-time or part-time, while some may be currently unemployed. However, they all share a common goal: providing a secure, nurturing, temporary home forchildren who, unfortunately, cannot reside with their own families.Your sexuality, cultural background, marital status, or ethnicity does not hinder your eligibility. Everyone is encouraged to apply and make a difference as a Foster Carer.As a Foster Carer you will need the following:

  • Space in your home. You do not necessarily need a spare room as you could look after babies, providing you can fit a crib in your bedroom. However, having a spare room will give you more flexibility to look after toddlers and older children.
  • You need to be at least 21 years of age
  • Live within the London / M25 region
