Fluent Spanish Speaking Cruise ConsultantBase Salary £29,000 + Commission OTE £35,000 + Great BenefitsOur client, a luxury global cruise company, is seeking a Fluent Spanish speaking customer service focused cruise consultant who has the experience of dealing with top end discerning clients.They are a global organisation who have won several awards and have a reputation for delivering excellence.The role involves dealing with cruise travel requests and making bookings from travel trade partners within the UK and Europe.Candidates must be fluent Spanish speakers who have previous reservations and customer service skills gained within the travel industry with a focus on attention to detail whilst working under pressure.This role is offered on a hybrid basis - Central LondonFluent Spanish Speaking Cruise Consultant Duties and ResponsibilitiesBooking all aspects of the clients cruises as well as making amending to existing reservationsChecking availability and confirming cruise options availableDealing with any pre departure or post-holiday queriesProcessing guest information and special requestsWorking to targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.Fluent Spanish Speaking Cruise Consultant Skills and Attributes:Previous reservations or customer services experience dealing with top end clients gained in either the travel or hospitality industries.Fluent Spanish speakerGood telephone manner and communication skillsGood Customer Services skillsFluent Spanish Speaking Cruise Consultant Remuneration Package:To £29,000 + depending on experienceMonthly incentive scheme worth up to £400 per month23 Days Holidays + 8 bank holidaysFree luxury cruise after year one of employmentPensionHybrid workingFor a full confidential discussion on this Fluent Spanish Speaking Cruise Consultant role, please apply a member of the team will be in contact to discuss your application.
