Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Float Executive Assistant on behalf of a leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf on an initial 6 month contract. The Float EA will receive £30 an hour.Key Responsibilities: Screen calls/incoming mail - be an effective gatekeeper ; take messages efficiently and accurately; receive visitors Monitor and ensure implementation of company policy Compose and prepare internal/external correspondence in addition to maintaining, answering and routing correspondencenot requiring managers attention Proactive maintenance of calendars and meetings Coordinate travel arrangements, understanding executives travel preferences and needs, and using initiative in managingitinerary times and costings.
