Foxtons has an impressive fleet including a range of vehicles, from our distinctively branded Minis to a varietyof hybrid and electric vehicles and the smooth running of our busy Fleet department enables our teams across London to continuously deliver an exceptional service to our customers.As a Fleet Co-ordinator you will be the main point of contact for all Foxtons employees with a company vehicle in a specific part of the business and your time will be split between the office and the warehouse at our dedicated fleet facility in North WestLondon.Whilst in the office you will respond to phone calls and emails from employees, insurance companies, car dealerships, and third-party suppliers and upload any necessary information into our Fleet/HR system. The role is very varied but typical duties involvearranging parking permits and advising employees in relation to accidents, car damage, and vehicle maintenance however you will also liaise with insurance companies regarding claims and car dealerships to book in services and receive updates on cars that havebeen in for a service. The Fleet Co-ordinators also organise all the jobs for our team of drivers who deliver and collect cars to and from employees across the business.When not in the office, you will be conducting vehicle checks, either when a car comes back from the body shop, or before it is returned to a leasing company, and you will be helping maintain our busy car park by making sure cars are correctly parked andthat the area is kept clear for ease of access. You will also support the Fleet Manager and Director of Fleet and Logistics with allocating new starters their company cars during our Foxtons induction programme. This includes making sure the driver packs andthe cars themselves are ready for collection.About youAs a Fleet Co-ordinator you will need a full, clean, manual driving licence and at least one years driving experience. Our Fleet Co-ordinators spend a lot of their time interacting with other employees across the business so you will have an enthusiasticattitude and strong communication skills.
