Fire Safety Carpenter URGENT ROLE REQUIRED RATE £18.00 - £19.24 (£23 Umbrella)Please ensure the below key points are understood, and only candidates that meet these requirements are submitted ONLY Fitting new fire doors, repair frames and upgrading existing doors Fitting electrical enclosures Installing fire related plaster board Experience in fire door Understand fire door components Must have full UK driving licence will be issued van Fire Stopping Works Good knowledge of British Standards Innovated mind-set Excellent in quality management Good standard of record keeping and minor administration Excellent customer relationship skills Job duties -To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises inaccordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations. The candidate must be experienced in undertaking works to upgrade doors and existing frames in relation to Fire Safety improvement work and in measuring and fitting new door, frames, and door-sets in accordance with current guidance relating to fire safety Must be able to work independently and unsupervised to carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works Right First Time. Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm (MondayFriday) willing to work weekends The post-holder is required to work flexibly to support service delivery between these hours which may include changes to working times / patterns to deliver an effective servicePlease apply through the advert
