• Marketing Agency - Friendly team and culture • Strong Excel and Finance systems skills required • £35K + benefits Key Responsibilities• Administration and management of financial and resourcing software• Ensure that information is accurate in reporting systems, key one is Maconomy• Manage new system releases or upgrades through a controlled process of testing and configuration to minimize business impact. Communicate and document upcoming releases, and details of currently supported and upcoming features including testing and UAT. • Define and implement new processes and controls to ensure systems are adopted and well-used, including fostering a mentality of continuous process improvement. • Ensuring systems remain fit for purpose and deliver on evolving business needs. Working with third party vendors on an ongoing basis to identify configuration changes or to influence product roadmaps. • Ensure that our segregation of duties guidance is applied accurately across our systems• Lead and participate in data cleansing• Ensure that all systems align and data any uploads and transfers work seamlessly, including exchange rate uploads • Support the Client Analytics Manager in the creation and ongoing improvement of management information packs, and dashboards• Lead the financial system induction process for all new starters and updating leavers and troubleshooting problems with existing members of the organisation.• Ability to identify areas of risk to the Commercial team as a second point of reference, for instance over-running projects and poor client management.Key skills • Strong MS Excel knowledge - VLookups, Pivots, Macros • Knowledge of Maconomy & a resourcing software such as Workbook, Traffic Light or similar is ideal though not essential • This is a great next step for a candidate with a background in Finance, Systems, Data Analytics or Client Finance who is strong on systems and wants to join a company where they can progress• Attention to detail, organised and a strong communicator
