You’ll beencouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.This Resource Manager will join our Financial Services Advisory team and youll be instrumental in aligning our resource allocation with the strategic objectives of the business. Your primary responsibility will include the successful deployment and ongoingmanagement of the Dayshape system within the Financial Services Advisory sector. Collaborating closely with the operations manager, you will be integral to enhancing our recruitment processes and refining the transition framework for new joiners and leavers.In this role youll develop and maintain core operational and resourcing processes tailored to the needs of Financial Services Advisory. Youll administer the staff booking system, ensuring proactive and strategic planning of resource allocation working closelywith stakeholders. The Manager will also maintain and report on a dynamic model of SBU Resourcing, managing the quarterly allocation plan. Youll assist in forecasting headcount and operational metrics, and youll be involved in national resourcing meetings,contributing to the communication and implementation of the national resourcing strategy.Youll be someone with:
