Financial Regulation (funds and investments) lawyerQC Legal is excited to partner with our prestigious client, an internationally recognisable law firm. This powerhouse is looking for a Financial Regulation (funds and investments) lawyer to work in their esteemed London Office.   • Advising on a wide range of regulatory aspects of share and asset transactions, as well as commercial distribution arrangements and compliance matters.
  • Working on substantial, complex, high value and international deals.
  • You will be advising on a number of exciting projects, such as advisory in relation to COBS, CASS, MiFID and AIFMD, private equity/funds and wealth management.
  • As a top financial regulation lawyer, you can expect to work on intellectually challenging and impressive opportunities.
About you:
  • Dedicated, ambitious, and adept, with stellar communication, technical and commercial ability.
  • A demonstrable ingenuity for financial regulation law, with a real flair for strategy.
  • Superb previous experience within Financial Regulation (funds and investments) law, with a history of working on high value deals and international firms and 2-5 PQE.
  • Technical accuracy as well as pragmatism with an empathetic approach to clients.
  • Understanding the regulatory framework within which the private equity/private funds and wealth management businesses operate.
  • Consistent in delivering excellent results, showing real competency and passion, which is demonstrable in your previous experience.
  • Excellent client management and relationship skills.
  • Experience of SIPP structuring and long term (investment based) insurance products would be an added value.
