Job Description

Client ProfileBuchanan are currently representing one of the top Financial Executive Search Firms within the market. They have an exceptional culture as shown by their 92% retention rate. As a graduate you would be coming in as a resourcer with a great training and onboardingprocess and then progress to a full consultant role within your first year. The company primarily operate in asset management, wealth management and Hedgefunds and have long standing relationships within the industry; 75% of their work is repeat businessfromclients they have previously worked with.Responsibilities

  • Proactively sourcing candidates using the various databases
  • Conducting initial telephone screen with suitable candidates
  • Vetting and shortlisting suitable candidates for our vacancies
  • Daily searches on job boards
  • Keeping our recruitment ATS up to date on a daily basis
  • Delivering feedback to successful/unsuccessful candidates
  • Supporting the recruitment team
  • Constantly achieving the targets as required
  • Arranging interviews and collating feedback to both candidates and Recruiters
  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle
  • Posting jobs on all platforms and ensure these are up to date
  • Lead generation
What they are looking for
  • 2:1 or 1st class degree is preferred but not required
  • Corporate work experience is beneficial
  • Competitive, ambitious and results driven candidates
  • Great work ethic and self-motivated individuals
  • Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidates who enjoy working in a target-based environment
  • Fluent English written and oral.
  • The ability to speak a second European language, particularly French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish is an advantage but not essential.
