Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking an ambitious Financial Controller to join a PE-backed Medical Technology business based in Central London. This is a great opportunity to lead the finance function of a growing business and contribute to its continuedsuccess.Working closely with the CFO, you will oversee the successful running of the finance function, ensuring that all systems and processes function to the highest standards.This will include the management of the production of quarterly and annual financial forecasts and analysis, including monthly P & L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.As well as constant improvement to the ERP and financial systems, as a result of recent acquisitions to be integrated into the businessYou will present to the board and key stakeholders with complete responsibility for the smooth running of the finance function.Great leadership and communications skills will lead a culture passionate about growth and profit, ensuring strong relationships with banks, auditors, and financial advisors.
