Job Description

Radley Green is partnering an E-Commerce / Retail Tech company that has experienced huge growth over the past two years’ and are now recruiting a Senior Financial Controller to support the CFO.This business has grown from £5 - £50m in two years, are disrupting their market continuously and are now operating in 60 countries globally.This role reports into the CFO and take ownership of setting up and developing all finance systems and processes, managing all monthly management reporting and Statutory Accounts.If this role sounds of interest to you, please see below.Key responsibilities within your role will include:

  • Working with the CFO to set up and develop all internal finance systems and processes.
  • Managing and developing all monthly management accounts processes to ensure the business is ready for the huge growth planned.
  • Taking ownership of all Financial Accounting processes including month end, Quarterly reporting and Year-end/Statutory Accounting including working with Auditors.
  • Working closely with external accounting firm to bring finance in-house
  • Improving processes around financial controls and risk management
    • In order to be considered for this opportunity, we require:
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with experience in building out finance processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • The personality and ambition to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Experience in process improvement
