Financial Controller

Financial Controller Organic Vape Company up to c£75,000 + benefits Office based role (5 days pw office) London Responsibilities:

Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Drive the companys financial planning in line with the strategic plans and goals.
Present financial reports to Directors and stakeholders.
Provide analysis and insights to support key stakeholders in driving the business forward.
Create models and track KPIs.
Control and support the companys capital structure.
Work with other leadership team members on key company initiatives and their impact on the Finance function.
Work closely with our Product and Commercial Operations teams.
Collaborate closely with our People and Legal functions to support our company infrastructure.
Manage supplier payments and oversee payroll.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organisations operations.
Supervise year end audits and annual statutory accounts preparations and filing of tax returns.
Manage reconciliation of debtors and creditors, receipts and payments from our payment provider.
Ensure accurate VAT records are maintained and review of VAT returns before submission.

About you:

Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
Preferably a background in Audit from an accountancy practice
Strong analytical skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
The ambition and passion to play a lead role in a successful scale-up.
Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and to take ownership of tasks/projects; work collaboratively with the wider team.
