Take the helm on year-end reporting and support the CFO in budget forecasting and cash flow management.- Drive Integration: Lead the integration of acquired companies, ensuring seamless financial transitions and maximizing synergies.- Champion Continuous Improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, optimizing processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.- People Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.What You Bring:- Financial Acumen: Qualified Accountant with substantial post-qualification experience, ideally up to FC level. Extensive background in insurance brooking/insurance, with a knack for navigating complex financial landscapes.- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to align financial strategies with broader business objectives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
