This is a newly created Financial Accountant role with an early growth-phase property logistics company based in south west London.This Company has a great working environment in very modern, brand new offices! The Company are embarking on a very exciting phase of growth and are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their expanding team The Financial Accountant will get a broad mix of both financial reporting and management accounting whilst reporting into the Financial Controller and will also get great exposure to senior management. The intention is for this person to evolve into a FinanceManager whilst having responsibility for a small team within the property and housing space.Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant will include; Assisting with group consolidation and reporting; Assisting in preparation of accounting policies and accounting papers; Fair value accounting for investments (both equity and real estate); Preparation of the FRS102 financial statements and liaising with auditors; Cashflow management & forecasting; Producing weekly summary performance and KPI reports; Assisting with the delivery of funding reporting; Assisting in the weekly pipeline reporting and quarterly budget analysis; Other ad-hoc work as requiredThe ideal candidate for this Finance Analyst role would be;- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent- Experienced in dealing with financial and non-financial stakeholders;- Skilled in Microsoft excel and accounting software- Able to work towards tight deadlines- Be comfortable working autonomously and seeing things through from start to finishIf this exciting role is what you are looking for in your next move then apply today, or contact me at /
