The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory accounting. The abilityto navigate UK IFRS102 regulations is essential.As a Financial Accountant, you will be part of the group finance function, reporting to the Head of Finance and Finance Director. This role mainly involves in audit, statutory accounting, and consolidation. The client is offering hybrid working arrangementwith 3 days on site, 2 days work from home.Responsibilities:* Perform financial audits, ensuring compliance with UK IFRS102 and identifying any areas of concern or improvement.* Coordinate and consolidate financial statements for the organisation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines.* Prepare statutory financial accounts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.* Assist with ad-hoc financial projects, providing analysis and recommendations as required.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.Requirements:* Proven experience working in a financial accounting role, preferably within the art industry or a related field.* In-depth knowledge and experience with UK IFRS102 is essential.* Strong understanding of audit procedures and techniques.* Experience in financial reporting and consolidation.* Proficiency in statutory accounting and compliance.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If you are an experienced Financial Accountant with a passion for the art industry, and you meet the requirements outlined above, please submit your CV.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
