They offer a clearly defined and transparent development pathway designed to help you grow both professionallyand personally.Job PurposeTo ensure the Banks financial / statutory and Head Office reporting, VAT, corporation TAX returns are prepared and submitted accurately and on time in full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Deliverables:Preparation of Head office financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.Assist in the preparation of the Banks and subsidiaries Statutory Financial Statements.Preparation of the Tax Computations for the Bank and Subsidiaries.Maintain books of subsidiaries and marketing officesEnsure compliance with relevant Accounting Standards both UKGAAP and IFRS.Knowledge and experience in IFRS9, IFRS15 and IFRS16.Assist with production of Management InformationManage VAT position of the bank and prepare quarterly VAT returnPrepare various Tax and Statutory ReturnsPreparation of payroll summaries for posting to the accounting system.Analyzing Administrative expenses for LondonPreparation of monthly accruals.Preparation, reconciliation and review of suspense accounts.Securities Valuation & Securities RatingsReview the Daily Management Report in the absence of the Financial Controller/ManagerSWAP Valuation ReportRequirementsExperience working in FinanceBSc/BA or higher (MSc) in Finance / Banking or AccountingAdvanced ExcelBloombergTM1 knowledgeRemuneration: A market competitive salary, annual leave (which increases with service), private medical for you and your family!In addition, my client also offer a dedicated employee wellness platform and much more..! including pension contributions, subsided gym memberships, regular safety training and ergonomic furniture.
