Job Description

Finance Transformation Director - Home Based - c£140k + equityNigel Frank are working exclusively with a global service provider assisting their search for a Finance Transformation Direction.My client are in the midst of a significant transformation agenda, acquiring multiple businesses.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the Leadership team alongside the CIO and CFO, and help define and own their finance platforms. The role centres around demonstrating enthusiasm around new technology and future finance systems which will beoptimised by the organisation.The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivery complex ERP and CPM systems in large-scale organisations.Candidates must be based in the UK will full right to work.Role & Responsibilities

  • Define the road map for the finance platform transformation as well asimproving the Finance system operations.
  • Lead the Finance team, influencing the way in which the finance system is optimised and enhanced.
  • Build strong rapport with key stakeholders, board members and the finance department.
  • Advise the organisation on strategy based financial reports to lead to best practices being delivered.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Fully Finance Qualified Accountant.
  • Proven track record to operate on a Finance Director level.
  • Proven track record implementingERP &CPM solutions within a global business.
  • Extensive stakeholder management.
  • Finance Reporting Tool experience, ideally One Stream.
