Job Description

Finance Systems Trainer - Sap Financial, Oracle Financial, Aderant, Elite 3E, Finance Systems, IT Training, eLearningOur leading accounting client require a Finance Systems Trainer (Sap Financial, Oracle Financial, Aderant, Elite 3E, Finance Systems, IT Training, eLearning) to design and deliver IT learning initiatives to support the rollout of Workday using a blended learning approach (via Microsoft Teams training sessions, Camtasia videos, Quick Reference Guides, workshops and demos)As the firms Workday IT Trainer (Sap Financial, Oracle Financial, Aderant, Elite 3E, Finance Systems, IT Training, eLearning) you will support with the development and rollout of Workday financial, ensuring effective and engaging content is available to all learners anytime, anywhere and on any device.The correct candidate for this role will ideally have the following:

  • Experience delivering IT Training within an accounting or financial firm.
  • Have used a financial platform to a high standard such as Sap Financial, Oracle Financial, Aderant, Elite 3E, or other finance systems
  • Experience with eLearning and virtual training.
    • Responsibilities:
  • With the training team work on the training approach from design through to implementation, including up-skilling additional IT trainers if needed to support the project
  • Create engaging courseware and digital learning content (experience of Camtasia, Adobe Articulate, SnagIT and Publisher)
  • Deliver virtual training to colleagues using remote tools such as Microsoft Teams and Webex
    • Requirements:
  • Proven experience and knowledge of a Finance system to a high standard
  • Proven experience working on the implementation of Workday across multiple offices in the Training/Change capacity
  • Demonstrate experience of training people at all levels of an organization
  • Make informed decisions when recommending learning solutions and strategies
    • Knowledge and experience
  • Financial or professional services industry experience or similar, with an excellent understanding of training methodologies and learning approaches
  • Experience with designing and delivering learning solutions to companies who have multiple offices for large scale deployments
  • Ability to create on-line learning videos
