Join Our Team: Finance Systems Integrator in London, VictoriaAre you a Finance Systems Integrator ready to make a meaningful impact Our client, a leading global organization headquartered in London, Victoria, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team. As a Finance Systems Integrator, youll play a key rolein supporting Finance users worldwide, ensuring the optimal use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). If youre passionate about driving efficiency and have experience in the full project lifecycle, this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities:Planning:
  • Manage a robust product backlog process with a focus on the BC Global Template.
  • Answer internal users questions via various communication channels and manage cases, emails, or Teams messages.
  • Triage cases and direct enhancement requests to the BC Change Management process.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Business Central features, providing recommendations for maximum value.
Driving Performance:
  • Help prioritize changes and upgrades based on efficiency impact and ROI.
  • Configure solutions on BC.
  • Perform technical testing and defect fixes.
  • Actively contribute to the BC delivery team supporting the BC release roadmap.
Execution:
  • Work closely with BC vendors and perform configuration or development duties as assigned or requested.
  • Review, contribute to, and monitor the application of IT General Controls and SLAs specific to the BC support process (ITIL).
  • Create and maintain technical solution documentation and communicate with external developers using Jira or other case management tools.
Building Reputation:
  • Contribute to building an effective Finance Business Central community.
  • Be the subject matter expert for BC, covering configuration, light development, and an understanding of integrations.
  • Advise on solution design and communicate relevant new features with internal Finance and IT teams.
Performance Measurement:
  • Employee performance review rating(s).
  • BC case SLA.
  • BC users satisfaction survey.
  • BC Programme success.
  • Finance Programme success.
  • Finance release cycle planned vs delivered.
  • Successful and smooth BC releases.
  • Reduction in bugs and performance issues.
  • Internal stakeholder engagement.
Personal Specifications: Must Have:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Version 20 and above.
  • Full user management and workflows.
  • Experience in deploying different versions within BC.
  • Working Knowledge of SQL Database, VB Script, Java script, JSON.
  • Experience in Finance, Audit, and ITGCs.
  • ITIL Foundation and operational experience.
Nice to Have:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications (MB-800, MB300).
  • Experience working in a sandbox environment.
  • Working knowledge of AL language extension for BC.
  • Experience with on-prem databases hosting BC.
  • Experience using Jira and Microsoft Visio.
  • BPMN.
