Job Description

Who we are looking forThis is a senior position in the UK & EMEA Regulatory Reporting team providing oversight for the prudential returns for State Street entities. It requires a strong technical understanding of the UK and European rulebooks to enable timely and accurate submissions.A track record of implementing change, dealing with multiple jurisdictions and ability to work under pressure will be useful. This role is in a team of four in the UK, supported by a Centre of Excellence team based in India. What you will be responsible forAs Finance Regulatory Manager, you will

  • Review and submission of UK, Ireland and Middle East capital returns and pillar 3 disclosures for investment firms.
  • Policy focused, keeping up to date with Industry matters and interpreting regulatory text from EBA, PRA, FCA, CBI and other regions as required (CRD, Solvency II, IFPR, FEES).
  • Lead on the analysis and implementation of the new or revised regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Review and submission of management information, Board packs and effective presentation of the information where necessary.
  • Key point of contact for Three Lines of Defense, Local management, and Functional Leads.
  • Project management of I.T transitions, Legal entity restructures and internal projects.
  • Providing support to other functions such as Capital Management, Compliance, Treasury and Risk.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven relevant regulatory reporting experience
  • Practical knowledge of regulatory reporting software, such as Axiom or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data and returns with strict timelines
  • Project management skills and expert user of excel word and power point
