  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for finance roles.
  • Source and attract high-caliber finance candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates finance skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in the finance sector, with a focus on finance roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
