Dartmouth are working exclusively with a high growth global media business based in central London to help enhance their finance transformation team. The company are a world leader in design and branding and have a truly global presence. Since taking private equity backing a few years ago they are now aggressively expanding into new business lines.The companys Sourcing activity necessitates material movement of Goods across borders. and a requirement has been identified for an experienced Project Lead to deliver a systematic end to end review of the companys Supply chain and Finance processes, specify requirements (People, Process, Systems, Data), form a remediation plan and drive the implementation of changesTo be successful in the role you will need experience in driving change in Supply chain and Finance, through either BAU operations or as part of a Project team. You will also need to be familiar with post Brexit tax and customs related regulations. You will work closely together with the Order to Cash Global Process Owner, Group Head of Tax, EMEA Finance Director, Finance BPO team & Client Account managers in a complex organisation. This role requires a blend of Business Analyst & Project Manager experience with the ability to establish themselves quickly, in a globally operated business.You will own the shaping and subsequent delivery of changes across the impacted functions and business units to ensure compliance with all post Brexit supply chain and tax requirements. Create / Amend suitable artefacts & processes to enable and embed change into the organisationThe right candidate will be an interim finance transformation professional who has had previous exposure of projects involving supply chain and tax. Its likely you will have operated in an international, matrix based organisation and have strong experience working with financial processes and systems. Required skills
