* Paying £30,000 - £33,000* Keen Eye for Data & Excel Experience* Amazing Offices (Hybrid Role) + BenefitsFinance Operations Manager, Global Media & Marcoms Agency, Central London, £30,000-£33,000 + (Study Support)We are recruiting for a Finance Operations Manager to support our clients central Digital Activation team where you will be reporting directly to the Director. We are seeking candidates with experience on, administration, Excel data implementation and significant exposure with Google sheets. The ideal candidate will be confident, ambitious, and looking to grow within an exciting and fast paced environment. Main Responsibilities: * Working with a team of busy buyers to manage timely and organised digital media bookings in Prisma, supported by 2 investment specialists.* Maintenance and governance of PO Tracker & uploading new POs into Media Explorer.* Input of data on company spreadsheet (Excel & Google Sheets) * Acting as the key point of contact for various finance stakeholders across the business. * Develop relationship within the company to ensure match of booking to supplier invoice.* Demonstrate leadership when finance queries/ statement of accounts is escalated.* Supporting on the design of their tactical planning technology & finance processes.* An understanding of AP&AR with credits and billings.Requirements: * Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.* Exposure in Google Sheets & Excel. * Contribute to process assessment and optimisation. * Must have an understanding of the digital media landscape.* An aptitude for learning new user interfaces quickly.* An eye for detail, patience and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.* Have excellent numerical skills and confidence analysing data using Excel.* Self-starter - good time management, ability to work off own initiative.* Must work independently.
