This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a reputable FMCG company in Central London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance, and driving thecompanys financial strategy and planning.Client DetailsThis is a well-established, large-scale FMCG company based in Central London.   • Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and other financial needs as necessary.
  • Track the companys financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company.
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to companys executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
ProfileA successful Finance Manager should have:
  • An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA CIMA or similar)
  • Proven exposure within the FMCG or Retail industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
  • Proficiency in use of accounting software.
