Finance Manager - Transactional Finance FinTech start-upCentral London (hybrid)£65,000 + bonus + shares + benefits (see below)Start asapA high profile FinTech start up is hiring a Transactional Finance Manager. This role is based in Central London and reporting to the Financial Controller. The business is valued at over $2bn and has exciting projects coming up with big growth plans.You will be responsible for end-to-end management of Transactional Accounting including the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions of the business, acting as a partner for the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving improvementsof transactional and billing processes in NetSuite and Excel. This will involve working cross-functionally and leading a new system automation and Artificial Intelligence tool implementation.You will establish new relationships and address billing and customer/supplier issues. You will overseeing the end-to-end AP/AR process, including supplier/customer onboarding, invoice processing with appropriate allocations (including VAT), approvals, paymentruns, system matching and reconciliations, ageing review and active management of AP/AR balances, vendor and customer management. You will own intercompany transactions reconciliations and any FX transactions (liaising with Treasury); ownership of all bank,credit cards transactions, employee expenses process; and asssisting with audit queries relating to all these processes.The successful candidate will possess proven experience in a Transactions, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable function. You will be comfortable working in in a start-up or other rapidly growing organisation. You will be able to evaluate the existingprocesses, suggest improvements and set out action plan to implement them. Naturally, you will be able to quickly build relationships internally and externally. Previous experience of NetSuite and good knowledge of Excel would be an advantage.There is strong basic salary and package on offer for the successful candidate including income protection, pension, share options, PMI and loads of other benefits.The role is being recruited on a permanent basis; but candidates considering roles on contract or contract to permanent basis should also apply.
