Are you looking to work for a well-respected humanitarian organisationFinance Manager need for an amazing human welfare organisation based in the heart of central London.This well-known organisation is looking for a dynamic, public spirited individual, to join their finance team of 10.Our clients is looking to provide help and support to various causes. This role does not only provide a great work life balance of workingin the office for 3 days and 2 at home but has an exceptional pension scheme of 23%.As a core member of the team your role will involve:1. Assist in monitoring and overseeing the financial management for all activities, including the oversight of financial expenditure and accountability; assist in undertaking financial analysis of projects; assist in coordinating the preparation of donor financialreports.2. Provide technical support to project managers throughout the project cycle to promote compliance with policies and procedures and any donor specific requirements.3. Assist in monitoring management of the treasury by forecasting cash flows according to activities and ensuring daily control of funds disbursed.4. Assist in preparing annual budget, monitoring budget control, and analysing variances between budget and actual expenditures and assist in the preparation of budgets for new programmes.5. Ensure that accounting data are properly entered in PRISM, in accordance financial rules and practices, maintain accurate records of PRISM entries.6. Carrying out month end closures, control of balance sheet accounts and ensuring compliance with the monthly accounts closure procedure.7. Liaise with relevant units and ensure that donors financial reports are prepared and submitted to donor on time.8. Guide and support other units and staff on matters related to administrative issues, donor requirements, local institutions, and regulations with a view to increasing their effectiveness.9.
