Job Description

Finance Manager (Healthcare) | Remote Working | Public SectorCastlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a reputable Healthcare organisation to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation going through a period of exciting change, andwill be working predominantly remotely.

  • The role play a key role working in a leading a customer-focussed, value adding business partnering team
  • Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across key directorates, at both strategic and operational level
  • Demonstrateunderstanding of a specialist area of expertiseto these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Work with stakeholders to provide critical challenge on business cases and capital projects
  • Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the organisation is able to deliver its strategic priorities
The person;
  • CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent with a proven business partnering approach
  • Experience within public sector finance (NHS / Local Authority Healthcare)
