Job Description

Finance Graduate Programme

  • 2-year rotational programme, starting September 2024
  • Dual work and finance qualification study
  • Predominantly Uxbridge head office based, with potential UK travel, and a 6 month placement in Sofia, Bulgaria

Undertake a 2-year rotational role exposing you to all aspects of the Finance function within one of the world’s most iconic brands.What will I do on the programmeIf you’re looking for a programme that will focus on the development of your performance and financial capability, then look no further.This opportunity allows you to experience several roles within the Finance business area, discovering that Finance doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be spending your days at a desk.You’ll gain key experience within:
  • Shared Services
  • Commercial Finance
  • Supply Chain Finance
  • Internal Audit OR Procurement.
The programme will help build your experience in Finance, as well as building your knowledge and capabilities in Financial Management, Operations and Strategy.What can you expect from the programmeOver the course of the 2-year programme there will be 4 x 6 month rotations, during which you’ll get to experience new places and even travel internationally, with one of the rotations being based in Sofia, Bulgaria.As well as developing valuable skills, you’ll have the opportunity to earn further Finance qualifications alongside the Gradate Programme.Coca-Cola EP believe in unleashing potential!Coca-Cola EP will develop your skills throughout the programme, helping you to grow and feel confident in your role.You’ll be assigned a mentor who is an experienced leader within the business. They will work closely with you during the programme, sharing knowledge, offering advice and helping you make the most of every opportunity.To help you develop the skills and behaviours that Coca-Cola EP expects from its future leaders, you’ll receive a central Learning and Development plan and an individual development plan. As a result, you could end up participating in training courses specificto your job requirements to achieve your development targets.What qualifications do you need
  • You must have the Right to Work in the UK for the full duration of the 2 year programme. Please note unfortunately Coca-Cola EP cannot consider if you are not able to show documentation to support this throughout the process
  • Must have graduated or be due to graduate by September 2024 with a minimum 2:1 classification in any subject.
What else do you need to apply
  • Must have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years.
  • Must be committed to working towards a professional accountancy qualification
  • Must be flexible with where you work and live due to the rotational nature of the programme
  • Must be available to complete one 6-month rotation in Sofia, Bulgaria
  • Must be fluent in English and ideally speak either French, Dutch or Spanish (although not compulsory)
