Our client is a rapidly scaling and well-funded start-up in the sustainability and circular-economy space, and is characterised by the strength of its corporate governance. It is seeking a Financial Director to lead the finance function and support the growthof this international, high profile Cleantech business.The FD will be a member of the Executive and work closely with the Board to provide financial guidance in both formulating strategy and overseeing the implementation of new financial processes and structures, within an evolving market. A high degree of financialexpertise will be key to the success of this role and ensure the company delivers its ambitious objectives.As part of its remit in scaling-up, the candidate will also be expected to assist fundraising efforts and manage communication with shareholders and stakeholders.
