You will take control of Purchase Ledger functions then take over other taskas well as progressing towards management accounts.• Accurately code and process supplier invoices and reconcile to supplier statements.• Handle any supplier queries and ensure responses are sent promptly.• Completion of monthly credit card reconciliations.• Manage banking and petty cash, completion of weekly bank reconciliation, multiple currencies.• Setting up new supplier and client codes, maintain timesheets in Paprika.• Provide support to the client teams by raising POs.• Assisting with reconciling intercompany balances on a monthly basis.• Assist with provision of information for annual audit• Assistance on weekly cash reports: roll over cash flow weekly and update Creditors section.• Helping with creation of client invoices, coding correctly to accounts system.• Assisting finance team in the month end process including monthly reconciliation and reporting which allows us to keep to our annual business targets and goals.Keep Apply to hear more!
