We are working with a UK and European based Real Estate investment business, based in Central London.Working as part of a dynamic, fast-growing and entrepreneurial business, as a Finance Assistant you will have you will provide best in class support to internal and external customers.This is a permanent role with a study package and benefits including: A private healthcare cash plan, cycle to work scheme and a monthly wellbeing allowance.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant, working in a professional and supportive team for an exciting and expanding business.The firm operate hybrid working, 4 days in the office and 1 remote.As Finance Assistant, working across the corporate and SPV accounting, your responsibilities will include:SPV Day to Day Tasks• Collation of all invoices for approval and payment recommendation• Internal record keeping of property and insurance documentation for assets• Maintaining queries on trackers and managing Supplier communications• UK Entity Administration & Bank Reconciliations for SPVs• Support with Bookkeeping and assist with AuditsCorporate Day to Day Tasks• Invoice processing using Sage Intacct• Raising Sales invoices including recharges and fees• Reconciliation of Aged Debtors and Creditors• Managing Credit card reconciliation and record keeping• Staff Expense managementThis role would suit someone keen to gain further experience in Finance, looking for a role with future growth and development alongside professional qualification.As an agile firm there is a path of progression here which can be defined by your performance and desire.If you have some initial experience in Finance and you are looking for a commercially focused opportunity in Real Estate, make your application today!
