Equifind have partnered an ultra high grow Fintech who are seeking to hire a newly qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) finance analyst to report to the FD in a highly progressive position. The company is a disrupter and are use technology as their main USP in orderto take market share and drive the planned exponential growth.Having just completed a successful fundraise this fintech business is highly acquisitive and is looking for new talent to bolster the finance team. The company is based by St. Pauls in the City of London.Objective of the Role:As the business gears up for this growth (Doubling in size over the next 12 months and tripling over 18 months the role is new. Therefore it can be shaped and moulded by the new individual as they take ownership for the accounts and projects under the FDsdirection. Tasks are very ad hoc with projects and driving efficiencies. The BAU would cover owning month end, overseeing a junior accountant (Processing AP/AR) , budgeting, forecasting, analysis on the actuals, dealing with auditors and investor reporting.An important part project wise is duel diligence on new acquisitions as well as integrating the businesses units in to Xero.Requirements:The new finance analyst ideally will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountantExperience of financial services not essential but will be considered positivelyA minimum of three years experience gained ideally in audit, management or financial reportingStrong Excel skills essentialVery strong analytical skills and attention to detailA high level of determination, willingness and flexibility to deliver to a high standard against tight deadlineBe able to present financial data to a high standard in a clear and concise formatCollaborates across the organisation by communicating regularly and consistently to peersWhats On Offer:£50,000-60,000 base salary, dependant on experienceAnnual bonus, possible growth shares25 days annual leaveAuto-enrolment into company pension scheme
