This is an exclusive partnership and were excited about the future of this businessand the ongoing development of their finance team.Our client has grown rapidly in recent years and has become a true leader in its field globally. Profits have increased from £2m - £42m in the last 5 years and revenue is c.£100m. Theyre planning to scale up their finance team in 2022 and this is one of manykey hires theyre looking to appoint.The successful candidate will be offered flexible working hours and the opportunity to work as part of an extremely collaborative, supportive, and positive team within an ever changing and entrepreneurial environment. The Finance Analyst will get involved ina lot of FP&A duties, including budget planning, scenario modelling and insight analysis, whilst also supporting ledger activities, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, and general ledger, as well as a variety of reconciliations and reports.Were looking for an insightful, ambitious and highly attentive individual that has previous experience in a month end finance role, looking after the general ledger with strong exposure to accruals, prepayments and journal postings. There is a lot of analysiswork involved too and the successful individual will need to have good Excel skills. You will most likely be an ACCA/CIMA studier, although it is not a prerequisite.
