Job Description

Ruby Group are recruiting for an permanent opportunity suitable for a Finance Analyst within the investment financial services industry based in the city of London.They have been ranked among the top 10 groups in their specialism globally and have an excellent working environment and generous benefits.You will be assisting with the Groups financial reporting to ensure management accounts, budgets, forecasts and associated KPIs and financial analysis are complete, accurate and provided on a timely basis.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly financial reporting process for the Group
  • Investigate variances to budget or forecast
  • Provide monthly consolidated financial analysis to Director Strategy & Planning
  • Co-ordinate budget process for the Group
  • Complete financial analysis required for budget presentation
  • Liaise with heads of Group functions regarding month end results and forecasts
  • Analysis of capex, integration and other BTL costs
    • The ideal Finance Analyst will possess the following attributes/skills:
  • Experience of financial reporting in a global organisation
  • Experience of dealing in multi-currency environments
  • Experience of preparing and consolidating budgets
  • Experience of time-based billing and project profitability (beneficial)
  • Business partnering experience (beneficial)
  • Microsoft Dynamics or Navision experience (beneficial)
  • Strong IT skills, in particular advanced Excel skills
