Finance AnalystPropTech Series A Start Up55/60kTalentedge are exclusively partnering with an entrepreneurial Series A tech start up who are rapidly growing, thus the need to hire someone into their newly created FP&A function. You will be working closely with an excellent Finance Director who has great experience working in the start up tech space. You will be responsible for the following:The Core Responsibilities Of This Role · Assist in the preparation of our Annual Budget and ongoing forecasting· Building and maintaining financial models, looking into both detailed profitability and bigger picture projects· Preparation and analysis of Monthly management reports· Providing frequent ad-hoc analysis about products, sales and margins with a view to addressing any issues and coming up with a solution· Reviewing and identifying process weaknesses and inefficiencies with a view to delivering a plan to solve these· Supporting the business with analysis of financial information for strategic initiatives· Ad Hoc Analysis.· Management of Junior Accountant and ensuring all month end processes are correctly conductedWe Are Looking For People Who Are · ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified· Previous experience working in a FP&A role, working with high data volumes· Strong Excel skills and be able to work with large volumes of data is essential· A genuine hands-on, self-starter with the ability to make an impact on the business· Strong communicators accessible to all levels within the organisation· Experience with a background in a growing businessWhat We Can Offer You · Competitive salary depending on experience· The opportunity for rapid progression within a growing tech startup· Support, on the job training, mentoring, and coaching· 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)· Paid maternity and paternity· Office perks· Entrepreneurial environment
