Job Description

  • Providing month end support and reporting on contract performance to both our client and the end user organisation.
  • Financial governance ensuring company policy and procedures are maintained within the parameters of the contract.
  • Review and maintain contract billing, debt, WIP, ledger postings, forecasts and trends.
  • Assist with both internal and external audit queries.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Identify and resolve any areas of financial weakness within the account in a timely manner.
  • Support with the preparation of accurate reports including full Profit & Loss account with analysis and commentary on all monthly and year-to-date actual variances to Plan/Forecast.
  • Support with the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual plan in conjunction with Operations.
  • Adhoc financial support and analysis to operations and wider finance community.
  • Prepare monthly client accruals, reconciliations and client reporting / analysis.
  • Attend monthly contract s reviews
  • Assist with audit queries
The successful candidate will be a part qualified accountant who is keen to progress with their studies.
