Job Description

Our client is a Global energy and renewable company. They are opening an office in London, and have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced office administrator.Job Description

  • Discussion with tax consultant on issues related to tax VAT and HMRC for return fillings along with team in India
  • Maintaining physical records as per local requirement.
  • Visiting the tax authorities, banks as per requirement.
  • Maintain a tracker for all local finance compliances along with due dates and discussing team in India
  • Taking print outs, getting documents sign and courier for concerning stakeholders
  • Visit office, maintaining stationery and office equipment
  • Coordination with banks, HMRC and other relevant authorities and stakeholders
  • Support in travel arrangements
  • Travel locally as per requirement
