Media and Technology Specialist FilmFilm & TV Associate 2-5PQELondonA leading media and technology specialist law firm in London is seeking to recruit an Associate (2-5 PQE) into their Film & TV team. The firm has represented individuals and organisations across a wide variety of sectors, and are specialist in leisure, mediaand entertainment, working closely alongside the firms corporate finance, employment, real estate and dispute resolution groups to provide a truly bespoke service to its clients.The Film & TV team represents high profile and up-and-coming talent, script writers, directors, producers, performers, presenters, actors, comedians, artists, and celebrities, as well as leading US studios, SVOD platforms, broadcasters, financiers, distributorsand brands. The team currently consists of 6 partners, 10 Associates, 1 Trainee and supported by 5 personal assistants.The firm are seeking an experienced Associate to join their well-regarded Film and TV team. The successful individual will be technically astute and have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience gained in a leading film and television and/or mediafinancing legal practice in London.This role will work within the Film, TV and Broadcasting group as a solicitor advising TV producers and distributors on sophisticated film and TV financing transactions and broadcasters on regulatory matters.As part of the role you will:
