FI Account Manager - London£30,000 - £45,000A growing Lloyds Broker in the heart of the City is seeking an Account Manager to specialise in Financial Institutions business. The team are currently working between 2 and 4 days in the office and this would be the expectation for any new joiners. The teamalso provides regular training and are sociable.The Account Manager will inherit a varied portfolio of FI clients and the main priority will be ensuring their retention through excellent client service, as well as broking the risks to market (PI, D&O, Crime, Cyber and Office). There is a separate new businessteam, but the Account Manager will also assist with new business where appropriate as well as cross-sales. Additional duties will include liaising with the claims and accounts teams to ensure all documentation is completed and resolving any queries or problems.This role is both client and market facing and will involve travel within the UK to see clients.The ideal candidate for this role will have good knowledge of Financial Institutions insurance, though wider Financial Lines experience will be considered providing this includes Professional Indemnity. Client facing broking experience would be ideal, thoughcandidates from an office based Account Handler background are also welcome to apply as well as underwriting candidates. Applicants should be familiar with the broking process, renewal invitations, binding, document production and PPL.
