Job Description

Great opportunity to work for one of Londons top Finance companies in their very smart West End offices. Ideally you will have been part of a faciltities team or maybe worked in smaller office and want to step up and grow. This is a circa 200 person office.You will be part of a great team busy with ensuring office works like clockwork!Duties will include:-

  • Assisting with Office Moves and Changes
  • Coordination of Supplies - stationery, food supplies for kitchen etc
  • PO Support
  • Document support - new processes
  • Working closely with the facilities team in all sorts of other varied tasks
We need someone:-
  • With excellent time and project management skills
  • IT skills
  • Confident decision making
  • Procurement and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work alongside team - taking instruction when required
  • True team player with great attention to detail and who takes pride in all they do
